The Silver Sister Mug Collection pays homage to all the women out there transitioning to, or that are already fabulously silver! The glaze was designed specifically to imitate all the dimensions and uniqueness of each head of grey hair; a grombre look that the sisterhood can relate to. The handle of the mug fits elegantly into the hand and is stamped with inspirational quotes borrowed from well know hashtags in the community.

The perfect mug to sip your morning coffee and warm your hands as you take a moment to mentally prepare your intentions for the day. It’s also perfect to fill with some sleepy-time tea while you cozy up to a good book and your favorite blanket before bed.

The pots are thrown by hand on the wheel. The bases are trimmed. Once the pots are bone dry are fired in the kiln to 1000 degrees (the bisque fire) which dries and strengthens them sufficiently for glazing. They are dipped in 4 different glazes before I fire them again to 2233 degrees.
